Lex African College has officially opened a modern ICT laboratory equipped with high-performance computers, networking equipment and programming facilities. The laboratory will support Software Development, Networking, Cyber Security, Database Management, Graphic Design and Artificial Intelligence practical sessions. Applications for the 2026/2027 Academic Year Are Now Open

Lex African College is pleased to announce that applications are now open for Certificate, Diploma and Professional Training programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year. Prospective students are invited to apply for programmes in Software Development, Computer Networking, Graphic Design, Database Management, Web Design & Development, Business Studies, Office Applications and many other career-focused courses. The admission process is simple and students may apply by visiting the college campus or submitting an online application. Early application is encouraged because available places are limited.

To meet the increasing demand for skilled ICT professionals, Lex African College has introduced several new professional training programmes including Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing and Digital Marketing. These programmes combine practical laboratory sessions, industry-based projects and professional certification preparation to ensure graduates are ready for employment or entrepreneurship immediately after completing their studies.

Annual Sports Week Successfully Completed

Hundreds of students participated in this year's Sports Week, competing in football, volleyball, athletics and indoor games. The event promoted teamwork, leadership, discipline and healthy competition while strengthening friendships among students from different departments. Certificates and trophies were presented to winning teams during the closing ceremony.

Students attended a practical workshop introducing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science technologies. During the workshop students explored AI tools, automation, chatbot development and modern software solutions used by organizations worldwide. The workshop forms part of the college's commitment to preparing graduates for the digital economy.

Software Development students from Lex African College won the National ICT Innovation Competition after presenting an innovative student management system developed using modern web technologies. Judges praised the students for their creativity, technical skills and practical problem-solving abilities.
